Designed for clarity at scale, the environment operated seamlessly across multiple concurrent programmes, hosting plenaries, curated exhibitions, F&B areas, networking zones, dedicated media spaces and a continuously active global spotlight stage

Opportunity
When Expo City Dubai won the rights to host the Asia Pacific Cities Cummit, something special was called for. The challenge was to create an experience totally global, but distinctly Emirati – an only-in-Dubai experience.
Laying out the design and experience strategy, Fitted worked with a broad array of specialist and stakeholders to deliver a unique experience that captured Expo City Dubai’s vision.
Solution
From initial concept to technical execution, we translated the event brief into a cohesive, elevated environment with a clean, minimal aesthetic, using low-impact and sustainable materials wherever possible.
Fitted oversaw every stage of the project – from vision and design concepts to build and delivery – including the Market Square, plenaries, F&B areas, and the Spotlight Stage.
Outcome
A seamless, engaging experience that earned widespread praise from stakeholders, visitors, city leaders, and international participants alike.
